RETURNS ON PERSONALISED / ENGRAVED ITEMS
These can only be returned if there has been an error on our part, such as a spelling mistake or incorrect photo being engraved, or if the item is faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on these items if the error has not been made by us as these cannot be sold to anyone else due to them being personalised.
There are a number of stages during the order and checkout process where the customer can check to make sure the text and information is all correct before finalising their order.
If for some reason you are unhappy regarding the quality of the personalised item or simply want to ask any questions regarding the item then please contact us on the e-mail address below and we will be happy to try to rectify the situation.
RETURNS ON NON-PERSONALISED / ENGRAVED ITEMS
If you are returning a non-personalised item due a change in mind then we can only accept returns or refunds on these if we are contacted within 14 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be in perfect resalable condition with it's original packaging (eg pouch or box) and must be returned to us within 14 days after telling us you are changing your mind.
If the item is faulty then we must to be contacted within 30 days after you received the item. The item must then be returned to us with 14 days after telling us.
Once we have inspected the turned item we will contact you to tell you whether the return has been accepted. If so, a refund (to the original payment method) or replacement will then be issued.

Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com together with your order number, item you'd like to return and reason for return.
Shipping Back To Us
You are responsible for returning the item to us. We cannot be held responsible for any returned item that is lost in transit. For this reason we recommend sending the item by Recorded Delivery. Please note, any item returned due to a change in mind then we are not responsible for the return postage fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
